RBX1600 1.0.0 Issue: HADES Client can not find RBX1600 when a firewall is present between the client and the RBX1600. Workaround: The StreetFire MediaOrb uses a combination of multicast packets and bi-directional TCP connection to perform device discovery and communications. Typical PC and hardware based firewalls block inbound multicast packets and inbound TCP connections. This causes a device discovery or communications failure which will prevent the RBX1600 icon from display. This remedy this, please configure your firewall to allow the following packets through: 1) Allow in/out of UDP packets with multicast address 239.192.0.1 on ports 46000 and 46001. 2) Allow in/out of TCP connections on ports 46002, 46003, 46004 After reconfiguring your firewall, restart both the RBX1600 and the HADES client. Issue: RBX1600 hangs when a Sony Megachanger is unplugged from the RBX1600 or the wall power is removed Megachanger, while the RBX1600 is physically powered. Workaround: Perform a soft reset of the RBX1600 using on of the following methods: 1) From the HADES user interface, push "Manage" button, and select the "Reboot Device" button. 2) Press an hold the RBX1600 power switch for 10 seconds or until the power light starts flashing. 3) Remove and reapply power to the RBX1600 Issue: If, during equipment setup, power is applied to the RBX1600 before the Sony Megachangers are connected to RBX1600. The RBX1600 fails to recongize the Megachangers and may hang. Workaround: See above for instruction on how to reset the RBX1600
