We've got answers. StreetFire Sound Labs' products are designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing computer and home entertainment equipment.  Once you hook us up, our intuitive user interface lets you manage your media collection easily.  If you have a question or experience any difficulty whatsoever, we are here to help.

We offer the following types of support:

On-Line Answers: The answers to the most commonly asked customer support questions can be found in the FAQ and Known Issues sections of our website.  We keep these sections absolutely up to date.  You can also download copies of the User's Manual and Quick Start Instructions.

Email: If you have a sales, technical or other question, email us!  We'd love to hear from you.  During regular business hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific), our response time is typically less than one hour.

Telephone: Sales-related questions should be directed to (415) 222-9990.  If you have a more complex technical question, just send us an email describing your issue and include a telephone call-back number and the best time to reach you.  We'll get exactly the right person to call you as soon as possible.  On the same business day in most cases.

Feedback: If you've got an idea for making our product better, we want to know.  Our Founder personally reads and responds to these emails, so let's hear it.  Friendly words of encouragement are nice, too.
